User data deletion instructions

Request deletion
Send a private message to the official RBLMHS75 Facebook page. State that you are requesting deletion of your RBLMHS75 website account and provide the email address or mobile number associated with it. Do not post this information publicly.
Identity confirmation
The organizing committee will confirm that you own the account before processing the request. We may ask you to reply using the registered email address or provide limited profile information that matches the account.
What will be deleted
After verification, we will remove or anonymize your account profile and social-login association, including the basic identity information received from Google. We will also remove personal information that is no longer needed for active registration, venue, merchandise, or attendance services.
Records that may be retained
Payment, transaction, attendance, fraud-prevention, and administrative audit records may need to be retained or anonymized when reasonably required for event reconciliation, dispute handling, security, or accounting. They will not be used to keep your social-login access active.
Processing time
We aim to acknowledge requests within 7 days and complete eligible deletion requests within 30 days after identity confirmation.
