Information we collect
We collect the information needed to operate the 75th Grand Alumni Homecoming, including account email, mobile number, alumni identity and graduation year, registration details, payment proofs, venue reservations, merchandise orders, QR passes, and attendance records.
How we use it
We use this information to verify alumni, process event registration and payments, manage reservations and orders, issue secure event passes, record attendance, provide status updates, prevent duplicate registrations, and protect the event from misuse.
Google sign-in
If you continue with Google, Google supplies basic account identity and an email address to Supabase Authentication. RBLMHS75 does not receive your Google password and does not request access to your contacts, files, photos, or other unrelated Google services.
Who can access it
Access is limited according to committee responsibilities. Registration, venue, merchandise, and gate personnel receive only the information required for their assigned work. Personal records and payment proofs are not published publicly.
Storage and retention
Authentication and operational records are stored using Supabase, while the website is delivered through Vercel. Records are retained for event operations, reconciliation, security, and required audit history, then removed or anonymized when they are no longer reasonably needed.
Your choices
You may request correction of your profile or deletion of your personal information. Some transaction and audit records may need to be retained or anonymized for legitimate event, fraud-prevention, and accounting purposes.
