About this website
This website supports the RBLMHS 75th Grand Alumni Homecoming. It provides alumni profile verification, event registration, venue-slot reservation, merchandise ordering, payment review, QR passes, attendance recording, and related committee services.
Account information
You agree to provide accurate information and to use only an account that belongs to you. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. The organizing committee may correct, restrict, or remove duplicate, false, abusive, or unauthorized records.
Registration and reservations
Submitting a form or holding a venue slot does not by itself guarantee confirmation. Registration, reservations, and orders remain subject to availability, eligibility, payment verification, published limits, and approval by the responsible committee.
Payments
Payments are reviewed manually using the transaction details or proof you provide. A transaction is confirmed only after an authorized administrator verifies it. Keep your original receipt or transaction record until the corresponding registration, reservation, or order is complete.
Merchandise
Product appearance, sizing, availability, production, and release schedules may vary. Order changes, cancellations, exchanges, or refunds are subject to the status of the order and the policies announced by the merchandise committee.
QR passes and attendance
QR passes are issued for authorized event use. Do not share or reproduce a pass for fraudulent use. The committee may invalidate duplicated, altered, transferred, or improperly obtained passes.
Service availability
The committee may update, suspend, or correct website features and event information when necessary. We aim to keep information accurate and the service available, but temporary interruptions or errors may occur.
